I enjoyed spotting Peg out on one of her walks in the neighborhood, a welcoming smile under a beautiful hat. Imagine my surprise to see her in the fruit market on Dempster in Skokie! She showed me how to pick the freshest greens and vegetables,putting the ones in my cart back on the display.I offered to take her there but she said she liked her independence to go on a whim.
